Company Profile

From its inception in the 1990’s, as a small company specializing in high quality home renovations around the Mornington peninsula, it has grown to become a diverse Melbourne wide building company in the residential construction market. At any point in time it is undertaking 10 to 20 projects as diverse as Beach Boxes and Jetties to multi-million dollar new homes and renovations.

The Wallingford Homes division, with its uniquely designed affordable homes has concentrated its building effort on the large residential developments in the northern suburbs of Melbourne.

Although Nepean Constructions has grown substantially it is still a family owned company, with the flexibility to build a home the way you want it, and to assist you with all aspects of the planning and approvals process. When required, we work with your architect to ensure all your needs are met. Alternatively we can recommend a quality architect or drafting service. Based in Mornington we employ an enthusiastic team of professional and qualified trades people, and only subcontract work to organizations recognized for quality and efficiency.

Nepean Constructions is a Registered Builder and a member of HIA. We use standard industry approved Contracts. There are no hidden extras. We give you a fully itemised set of specifications and inclusions so that you know exactly what's included. You can also use it to compare quotations with those of other builders. Materials and workmanship are always of the highest quality and covered by a full warranty.

The Directors, with over 40 years experience in the building industry; Peter Friedl and Stephen Juffkins are hands on and will be personally involved in all aspects of your building project.
